Building a Caregiver Supportive Church
Family caregivers are already sitting in our pews. This practical workshop equips pastors, ministry leaders, and care teams to identify family caregivers, respond confidently when a health crisis occurs, connect families with free and local resources, and offer support that is practical and meaningful.
Church leaders will leave with greater confidence, practical tools, and strategies they can use immediately, not only to support caregivers, but to equip members of the congregation to care for one another.
The goal is to create a culture of care where ministry doesn't rest solely on the pastor or a few dedicated leaders. Instead, people throughout the congregation are empowered to notice needs, respond appropriately, and walk alongside one another through life's difficult seasons.
