CDP : Care Sub-Committee (Private Event)

The CDP District Caregiving Subcommittee is being formed to explore how our churches can work together to better support caregivers, pastors, and members across the district. This meeting will provide a collaborative space to share experiences, identify common challenges, and brainstorm ways to create stronger systems of care within our congregations. We will discuss practical steps churches can take to: -Make caregiving more visible and valued in church life. -Support pastors who are themselves caregivers or who shepherd caregivers in their congregations. -Develop joint initiatives that reduce isolation, strengthen resilience, and provide meaningful resources to caregivers. Our goal is to build a culture of intentional, visible, and sustainable care, one that reflects the heart of Christ and ensures no caregiver walks alone.
