I was moving along thinking everything is fine... and then suddenly, something hit me. We've all had feelings like this from time to time when...
We feel off.
Out of sorts.
Overly emotional.
Or just plan upset.
And we wonder, "What's wrong with me?"
Here’s the truth:
Nothing is wrong with us.
Emotional setbacks are part of being human, especially when you’re carrying responsibilities, leadership, caregiving, and life all at once. The good news?

Resilience is not something you either have or don’t have. It's a muscle you can strengthen.
Dr. Tara Narula was just on Good Morning America 3 and she discussed her new book called The Healing Power of Resilience, and here are a few practices she highlights that can help us build that resilience muscle
Pause and name what you’re feeling – awareness is the first step to healing
Breathe deeply and slow your nervous system – your body needs safety before clarity
Stay connected – resilience grows in community, not isolation
Practice self-compassion – speak to yourself the way you would to someone you love
Pray – and ask God for help or read scriptures that remind you of His promises.
Focus on what you can control – small choices create stability
Rest intentionally – resilience requires recovery
Resilience doesn’t mean you never fall. It means you practice the protocol you have in place to help you rise again.
If you’ve been feeling a little “off” lately…this may be your reminder to tend to your resilience.💛 You’re not broken.
You're becoming stronger.
